He was supported through his Hotel Catering Management training by the Grosvenor and completed his course with a spell at the Lodge and Spa Hotel in Breckenridge, Colorado. Adrian has been a qualified Management Accountant for more years than he cares to remember. He has worked with Jeremy Woodward since 1993, hence the profusion of grey hair (only joking).

After 3 years working in Nepal soon after qualifying, Adrian settled back into the UK working in the distribution and foodservice sectors until finally finding his favourite niche in The Pub/Restaurant sector.
